Villa Saint-Hilaire is let furnished.
Rental rates do not include maintenance and cleaning (available for extra-charge).
The maintenance of the pool and garden are included in rental rates.
• Periods of weekly rentals are from Saturday 17 PM to Saturday 11 AM.
• Reservations: To book the villa, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 20% of the rental sum will be required.
Reservation requests are accepted after a written confirmation, the signing of the booking contract and the receipt of the rental deposit.
The rental becomes final after the signing of the lease, a contradictory inventory, the full payment of the rent and deposit by bank transfer at least 15 days prior to the arrival.
Otherwise, the house can be let to another tenant, without notice and without recourse, the deposit being retained by way of compensation.
• Inventory: An inventory is made in the presence of the tenant and the owner or his representative. This inventory concerns the furniture available to the tenant and the overall condition of the house, its equipment, its garden.
• Deposit: A deposit equal to 10,000 € is collected in addition to the rent. This amount represents a sum covering the possible damage to the furniture, the house or the garden, and the use of the phone. This deposit is refunded after the inspection.
